Volunteering for Anime Matsuri has awesome perks, such as service hours, learning new skills, social hangouts, valuable experience on how the event is put together, with a team of highly skilled (and sometimes unstable) professionals, and much more.

Registration Team here! We process all registrations, badges and tickets to the entire convention. The faster we work, the shorter the lines. We work hard, but we’re a fun team. You must be available from Tuesday – Sunday during AM week.
We keep the lines moving, organized and wait times to a minimum. Sometimes we have to entertain people in line so get ready to work hard but have fun.

The Programming Team is in charge or creating and managing the exciting panels and workshops at Anime Matsuri. We do the scheduling, manage the panel rooms, and bring the party to the third floor.

Import Reactor Car Show is looking for volunteers to help with setting up, parking and generally overseeing the car show. If you like anime and cars, this is for you.
Kabukicho is Anime Matsuri 18+ goods area. From Official merchandise to art and other items. We manage this area inside the exhibit hall.
Anime Bingo Team here! We’re a small team stationed in Ballroom 3 on the third floor. If you like making people laugh playing bingo, join us
Karaoke Lounge is run and sponsored by The Anime Bar. Want to join our community and bring fantastic Karaoke to the masses? This is the place for you. Be warned, we love music and sometimes dance.
If you like cosplay and have organizational skills and want to be part of one of the biggest cosplay contests in North America, then join our team. Most of the at-con work is on Saturday at AM, however we all hang out at the cosplay square before/after.
The Fashion Show is scheduled for Friday at AM. After that most of us help with the Cosplay Contest, Exhibits, and Cosplay Square
This is John’s team of misfits and amazing people. We run the show in Hall A and bring the biggest music events to the attendees. John is a workaholic so be warned!
This is open to high-schoolers and led by Jetson. We’ll be stationed mostly in the Exhibit Hall and mostly dressed up as Mascots and other crowd pleasing activities. Get your service hours in check!

We’re Anime Matsuri’s VIP team, and we’re stationed in the Superpass Lounge on the third floor! We take care of our amazing Superpass Badge holders. We’re pretty chill but professional!
