This is our unique area in the Exhibit Hall that contains both artists and vendors selling adult content. This area does have an 18+ wristband check for entry, which can be obtained by showing your ID card at any Info Desk. All art in this area may be uncensored!

Because this is a mixed area, at this time booth types will determine the Terms & Conditions as well as communication method. Here is the T&C for Artist tables & Vendor Booths.

For artists:

  • Artists will be supplied to same as within the Artist Alley: 10’x10′ booth, 8′ table, 2 chairs, and two Artist Alley 4 Day Passes
  • Commercial (licensed) items are not allowed, nor are direct reproductions of work that is not the artist’s own. The Artist Alley provides full tables. Due to safety issues, there may only be four persons behind a full table at any given time.
  • The Artist Alley is all about the promotion of creative works – please, use your best judgment in what you bring and sell! Prints, independently-produced comics/doujinshi, commissioned drawings, and independently-produced small merchandise are all permissible. Charging for services outside these realms will not be allowed.
  • Anime Matsuri has a No Refund Policy for tables. If Artists do not check-in between the hours of 8:00 am to 11:00 am on Friday of the convention, their table will be forfeited and canceled. Check-ins prior to the designated schedule will not be allowed.
  • There is a NO REFUND policy on artist tables. We do not allow transfers or splitting.
  • The artist Terms & Conditions can be found here.

Vendor Refunds:

Our Application Process:

We currently have an application process to purchase tables. This is so that we can make sure you are in the correct area as well as discourage prohibited content from entering. Both artists & vendors in this area will have the same screening application for now so that Staff may verify their works.  Pricing may be found on the application.
