Welcome to AM Idol 2013

No age requirement; however, if you are under 16 years old, a parent or guardian must accompany you if you make it to the Semi-finals and/or the Finals

Entrants must be non-professional/amateur singers and pre-registered for the convention.

All songs should be Jpop, Jrock or Kpop

For the Semi-Final and Final rounds at the convention:

You will be judged on singing talent and stage presence

You must be in cosplay or costume

You may sing a different song from your Qualifying Round

Single participants only (no duets)

3 Contestants will advance from the Semi Final Round to the Final Round

Qualifying Round (online):

15 Contestants will advance to the Semi-final Round at the convention.
